Bridon offers a fast professional call out service for customers who do not have a service agreement with us. Our engineers are smart experienced and fully insured. We repair all your hardware including printers and fax machines, together with operating and software problems.
Our call charge includes travelling and first hour of work. From only £45.00
Remote support allows for the fastest response to your problems. For customers who have this type of support agreement with us, it allows us to take control of their computer (only with their permission) as if we are in the office sitting in front of it. This allows the engineer to do updates, resolve most
printer problems and check the operating system and software. The end user can communicate via the computer keyboard direct with engineer while he is fixing the problem.

To ensure that your exact requirements are met we will send out an engineer to carry out a free site survey. The survey will included listening to your needs and investigate any existing equipment that needs to be integrated into the final install.
